Jim Padilla (57) wurde zum neuen COO von Ford ernannt. Er übernimmt das Amt von Nick Scheele (60), der als President weiterhin die globale Produktentwicklung und IT verantwortet. David Thursfield (58), bisher Executive Vice President bei Ford und President International Operations und Global Purchasing bei Ford of Europe, ist zurückgetreten. Er wird Ford-Chef Bill Ford als Berater zur Seite stehen. Mark Fields (43) wird Executive Vice President bei Ford Europa und der Premier Automotive Group (PAG), wo er CEO bleibt. Lewis Booth (55), als neuer CEO von Ford Europa, wird an Fields berichten.
